Mission
Make the public service capable enough to offer their service in an efficient and quality manner by promoting their knowledge, attitudes and skills through training, research and workshops
Objectives
Identify training needs of Non Staff Grade Public Officers, plan annual training programmes and implement them
Allocate funds and provide Resource Persons to conduct District and Divisional Level Training Programmes
Maintain a pool of Trainers at National and District Level and promote training skills of Trainers
Evaluate training programmes conduct at National, District and Divisional Level and introduce necessary amendments through feedback
Uplift the skills and efficiency of Non Staff Grade Public Officers by providing them with productive training opportunities
